Policies available include Mortgage Payment Protection and Loan Payment Protection, both available as Accident, Sickness and Unemployment or Accident and Sickness only.

Six policy variations available:

ASU cover for Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance

• MPPI for NEW mortgages only - € 6.43 per € 100 cover per month.
• MPPI for existing mortgages only - € 9.75 per € 100 cover per month.

ASU cover for Loan Payment Protection Insurance

• LPPI for secured and unsecured borrowing - € 9.75 per € 100 cover per month.

AS cover only for Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance

• MPPI for NEW mortgages only - € 3.62 per € 100 cover per month.
• MPPI for existing mortgages - € 5.25 per € 100 cover per month.

AS cover only for Loan Payment Protection Insurance

• LPPI for secured and unsecured borrowing - € 5.25 per € 100 cover per month.

Cover switch facility - initial exclusion period is waived if cover is switch on a like for like basis.

Unemployment cover is not available for self-employed clients.

MAX COVER:
MPPI - € 1500 pm or 65% of earnings whichever is the lower.
LPPI - € 1000 pm or 50% of earnings whichever is the lower.

COVER PERIOD:
12 months
All policies are based on 30 day back to day one cover.
Online quote and application facility sign direct debit needed.

Initial exclusion periods

For new mortgages and new secured loans - 150 days
For existing mortgages and existing secured loans - 180 days

Exclusions

Unemployment: cover is NOT available to those who are self-employed.
There is a 24 month exclusion period for pre-existing medical conditions.
